On a roll

Hey S has slept all morning and I am now nursi
ng him and typing one-handedly. The title of this post reminded me of last night when D and I were reading Where The Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. D wanted to know what eye rolling and teeth gnashing were so we had a go at both - well funny!

The roll in question though is that I have finished the drawstring bag already and since I was invited to lunch next Friday by a new aquaintance, via telephone whilst I was ironing the material, I made one for her baby girl too. I didn't have suitable cord though so for today's one I have recycled a shop's bag's handles. I'll get som
ething for the other bag for next week. To make the bag I followed the tutorial I found at HAPPY THINGS. The tutorial was great and I am really pleased with the results. I like to appliqué initials on bags but didn't this time so I am debating whether to do it by hand this afternoon. Time permitting of course.
