Beanbags etc

I am working hard today, making loads of stuff. I prefer to carry on working than to write but here are some pictures of what I have made today...

Ici ça travaille dur aujourd'hui. Je préfère continuer que d'écrire mais voici quelques photos du résultat de tant d'efforts.

A beanbag set. We all love playing with beanbags and so I think a set with its own bag makes a great present...
OK je ne sais pas comment ça s'appelle mais ce sont de petits sacs remplis d'haricots secs. Un psuper cadeau je pense...
This is a small quilt, the right size for an Ikea cot. I love these colours.

Hi there! I have not been blogging lately and I am sorry. The school holidays are now over but we are off to Italy again in a week's time so I suspect that I will continue to post sporadically.
The weather this weekend was fabulous and today we went for a walk in the woods with some friends and had such fun that we have promised ourselves a whole day in the woods soon. The plan is to build a teepee and have a picnic (in it?). The kids are already so excited about it.
I made the most of our walk today by taking along some of my creations to photograph. A nice setting really makes a difference. I had been unable to take a good photo of my banana bags up until now and I realise that they just needed to be placed carefully in leafy green surroundings. Easy!

Bon j'ai été une mauvaise bloggeuse au mois d'avril. Too much vacances!! Et je peux vous dire que le mois de mai ne va pas être très différent (ce qui pour moi est une très bonne chose bien évidemment).

Aujourd'hui nous avons passé la journée avec des amis. B a préparé un repas italien avec pleins de plats différents (risotto, pâtes, salade, viande...): délicieux. Et après nous nous sommes promenés dans les bois. C'était vraiment sympa de voir les enfants s'amuser tant. J'en ai profité pour prendre quelques unes de mes créations en photo et je suis très contente du résultat (qui reste néanmoins amateur). Jusqu'ici je n'arrivais pas à prendre une belle photo de mes sacs, mais il fallait tout simplement les entourer de verdure!
